I was born in Leon, Gto, Mex. At the age of seven, my family and I moved to Zacatecas, Mexico, a small but beautiful city where I grew up. I am the third one of four siblings, two sisters and one brother. I went to college and graduated in 2011 getting my bachelor degree 2 years later in “Educational intervention. Line: Initial Education”. Just a month later after my graduation I moved to USA where I had planned stay for just a year and then go back to Mexico but I ended up loving the country and the wonderful people I met little by little. Therefore, I decided to stay for good. Working at THE LEARNING NEST has been one of the most wonderful experiences in my career. I have learned so much from each kid. I love teaching them and watching them having fun while they are learning.
Miss Becca has been working at the Learning Nest since 2014 and truly enjoys witnessing the students grow in their understanding of the world around them. She has a passion for teaching as well as learning and is currently completing her Master’s in Education.
This is Miss Alison’s first year with the Learning Nest, previously she has worked at Ballou Jr High, student teaching seventh-grade history as well as Lincoln Elementary School teaching dance. Alison holds a B.A in History with a minor in Dance Education. She is currently working on her Teaching Certification.
