I act unselfishly and choose to think of others above myself.
Philippians 2:3: Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.
I love God above all else, and by following his example I sacrificially and unconditionally love others.
1 John 4:10-12: This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
I have inner contentment and purpose in Christ, no matter my circumstances.
Philippians 4:11-13: I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through him who gives me strength.
I am free from anxiety and turmoil because God is ultimately in control of my life.
Philippians 4:6-7: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Through Christ, I have the power to control my thoughts and actions.
Ephesians 4:22-24: You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
I do not despair when I face challenges in life and death because of the hope I have in Jesus Christ.
Isaiah 40:31: But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
